What do you need from me to begin?
I will need your business name, services, preferred pages, logo, brand colors, written content, images, contact information, social media links, and domain details. If you do not have everything ready, message me before ordering so we can confirm what is needed.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every website is built to be responsive and is tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices before delivery.
Can you connect my existing domain?
Yes. I can connect your existing domain to the completed website. You will need to provide access to your domain provider or make the requested DNS changes.
Is hosting included?
Hosting setup and domain connection may be included depending on the package selected. Ongoing hosting, website maintenance, or care plans are separate unless specifically listed in your package or custom offer.
Does the website include SEO?
Basic SEO may be included depending on the package selected. This can include page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, sitemap setup, and search-friendly page organization. SEO does not guarantee rankings.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I can redesign and migrate an existing website. Please message me before ordering so I can review the current site and confirm the correct package or custom offer.
Do you provide the written content and images?
Clients normally provide their logo, written content, and business images. Stock images and limited content organization may be included depending on the package. Full copywriting requires a custom offer.

Yes, but these features are not included in every package. Please message me before ordering if you need an online store, booking system, payment integration, member portal, document portal, or advanced forms.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revisions depends on the package selected. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
