Yes, that would be an additional charge of $20.
Can you change the instrument? For example, take a flute piece and make it for alto saxophone.

Can you change the key that my music is in? For example, if the piece is originally in the key of A can you change it to the key of B flat?

If I give you an audio file, can you write out the notes and rhythms for me?
No, that is called transcribing. I am offering transposition. Transposition is when we change the key of the music or change the instrument(s).
