Do you need access to my Shopify store
Yes, I'll need collaborator access to your Shopify admin. I'll send you a collaborator request once you place your order. I only request the permissions needed for the work, and you can remove access after delivery.
Will you edit my live store or use a duplicate
I always work on a duplicate of your active theme so your live store is never at risk. Once changes are approved, I'll publish the updated theme. You can switch back at any time.
What Shopify themes do you work with
I work with all Shopify themes. free themes (Dawn, Debut, Sense, Refresh) and premium themes (Prestige, Impulse, Symmetry, Broadcast, and others). If you're using a custom or less common theme, send me the name before ordering and I'll confirm.
Can you match the new elements to my existing brand design
Yes. I'll match fonts, colours, spacing, and style to your existing theme so new additions feel native, not bolted on. If you have brand guidelines, share them when you order.
What if my request is more complex than the package I ordered
I'll always message you before starting if I think your request needs a higher package. I won't begin work and then charge extra, any scope discussion happens upfront so there are no surprises
