I design custom 3D printable molds for silicone casting, resin casting and injection molding. If you're making candles, candy, chocolate, soap, cookies, planters, jewelry, clay cutters, fishing lures or any production parts. I will turn your idea, sketch or sample into a precise 3D CAD model and a 3D mould built around it.

My work includes the details that make casting go smoothly; a well planned cavity, clean parting lines, proper draft angles, a sprue and pour spout, air vents and registration keys so the halves line up every time.

Here's how this works- You send me your product, drawing or concept along with the material you plan to cast and how you will make the mold. I model it in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, design it with manufacturing in mind (DFM) and check wall thickness, shrinkage and release before delivery. I can build a master mold for silicone mold (also called silicone mould) as well as single part or multi part molds, depending on how complex your shape is.

You receive a print ready STL plus the CAD files or technical drawings if you need them and I'll revise it until it fits your process. I also handle slip casting molds, plastic molds, and injection mold e.t.c
