Do you offer bilingual data entry?
Yes. As a bilingual virtual assistant I do data entry, cleaning and admin work from files in two languages, delivered in a clean spreadsheet.
I’ve never hired a VA. Is this safe to try?
Yes. Start with Basic and a small sample. I flag anything unreadable, check accuracy before delivery, and you can review the first rows before I continue.
What’s not included?
Long document translation, web scraping, bookkeeping or accounting, and handwriting I can’t read. I’ll flag unclear items rather than guess.
Is my data private?
Yes. I use it only for your task and I don’t share it. Please don’t send ID numbers, bank details or medical records unless we’ve agreed on it first.
What file formats do I deliver?
Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets, CSV or Word. Tell me which you prefer and how you want the columns set up.
Which package should I pick?
Basic for a short list. Standard for a medium job with cleaning or two languages. Premium for large jobs, translated entries and a second check. Not sure? Message me.
What counts as a revision?
Fixing typos, changing column layout or formatting on the data I delivered. Extra rows, new files or a new task are a new order.
How long does it take, and what slows it down?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 3, Premium 5. Clear scans speed it up. Poor scans or unclear handwriting slow it down. Rush delivery is available.
Which languages do you work in?
