Turn clear solo English audio into editable text with AI transcription and personal human proofreading.
I create an AI-generated draft, then personally listen to your recording and proofread the transcript for misheard words, punctuation and obvious inconsistencies. You receive a TXT file with paragraph formatting, ready to search, copy and edit. Unclear passages are marked where detected.
Basic: up to 10 minutes, USD 5, 2-day delivery.
Standard: up to 30 minutes, USD 15, 2-day delivery.

Do you personally review the transcript?
I use AI to create a draft, then personally listen to your recording and proofread the text for misheard words, punctuation and obvious inconsistencies. Your order includes my human listening review.
What recordings can you transcribe?
Clear English recordings with one speaker and minimal background noise, such as voice notes, solo talks and spoken drafts. Please message me first if you are unsure whether your recording fits.
Which audio files can I send?
Send WAV, FLAC, MP3 or M4A files, up to 1 GiB each. Include the combined audio duration and useful spellings of names, places, brands or specialist terms. Orders cover a maximum of 60 minutes total.
What will I receive?
An editable TXT transcript with paragraph formatting that you can search, copy and edit. You can provide preferred paragraph breaks or headings. Translation, speaker labeling and subtitles are outside the package scope.
How do you handle unclear words and accuracy?
Clear audio produces better results. I mark unclear words or passages where detected. Names and specialist spellings help, but errors may remain after listening review and proofreading. I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
How do I choose a package?
Choose Basic for up to 10 minutes (USD 5, 2 days), Standard for up to 30 minutes (USD 15, 2 days) or Premium for up to 60 minutes (USD 30, 3 days). Use the combined duration of all audio files.
What does the correction round cover?
