I will design and 3d print or laser cut custom parts

About this gig
Need a custom part designed and made? I'm a motor-testing engineer who designs parts in Fusion 360 and builds them in-house on 3D printers and a laser cutter.
PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING. Every project is different, so I'll review your idea, sketch, photos or measurements and send you a custom offer with an exact price and timeline. The packages are starting prices.
What I can help with:
- Replacement and repair parts, brackets, mounts, enclosures and covers
- Prototypes to test fit and function before production
- Laser-cut wood and acrylic parts, signs and layered designs
- Turning a rough sketch or broken part into a clean 3D model
What you get:
- 3D CAD model (STEP/STL) and Fusion 360 source file
- Dimensioned technical drawings
- Physical prototype shipped to you (Standard and Premium, US only)
Materials: PLA, PETG, ASA (outdoor/UV), wood and acrylic. Not sure what you need? Send me a message and we'll figure it out together.
Not a licensed PE. Parts are prototypes for general use, not certified for safety-critical applications.

FAQ
How do I get a custom quote?
Send me a message with photos, sketches, measurements or a description of what you need. I'll review it and send a custom offer with an exact price and delivery time.
What files do you need from me?
Anything helps: a hand sketch, photos with a ruler in frame, key dimensions, or existing CAD files (STEP, STL, DXF). If you have a broken part, I can model it from photos and measurements.
Do you ship physical parts?
Yes, within the US. Standard and Premium packages include one shipped prototype. Larger quantities or international orders can be quoted case by case as a custom offer.
What materials can you use?
3D printing in PLA, PETG and ASA (good for outdoor/UV use), plus laser-cut wood and acrylic. Tell me how the part will be used and I'll recommend the best material.
Are you a licensed Professional Engineer?
No. I'm not a licensed PE, and I don't stamp or certify drawings. Parts are prototypes and hobby/general-use items, not for safety-critical, structural, medical, or load-bearing life-safety use. Buyer is responsible for testing and verifying fit and suitability.
