Help website visitors find answers to common questions about your business. I integrate an AI chatbot into an existing website or application, with document-based answers available in Standard and Premium.
Choose the right starting point:
BASIC: a chat interface on 1 website connected to 1 existing LLM endpoint. Source code and setup notes included.
STANDARD: Basic plus a Node.js REST backend and document Q&A using RAG, for up to 5 documents / 50 pages total.
PREMIUM: Standard plus SQL conversation history, up to 15 documents / 150 pages total, and deployment to one compatible buyer-provided environment. Oracle APEX is supported.
I work with JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, Ollama, embeddings and SQL. Testing with your sample questions is included.
Before ordering, send your website platform, chatbot purpose, preferred model and 3 sample questions. I will confirm compatibility and scope. Documents must contain selectable text.
Hosting and model/API usage fees are separate. Basic does not include document search. Revisions cover the agreed scope. AI answers can be inaccurate; this service integrates existing models, not model training.

Can the chatbot answer questions from my documents?
Yes. Standard and Premium include RAG and embeddings for document-based question answering within the package limits. Documents must contain selectable text; scanned-document OCR is outside the listed scope.
Can you use a local LLM with Ollama?
Yes. I can connect the chatbot to Ollama on a suitable buyer-provided machine or server. Performance depends on the model and available hardware.
Do you support Oracle APEX?
Yes. Premium can cover chatbot integration into one existing Oracle APEX application. Contact me first to confirm your APEX environment and scope.
Do you train AI models from scratch?
No. I integrate existing local or API-based models. Document-based answers use retrieval and embeddings rather than training a large model from scratch.
Are hosting and AI usage fees included?
No. You provide suitable hosting and any required LLM service account. Subscription, API usage and infrastructure costs are paid separately.
Will the chatbot remember conversations?
Premium includes SQL conversation history for the agreed application. We will confirm how conversations are identified, stored and retained before implementation.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the agreed integration, such as interface text or response settings. New features, additional platforms or expanded document limits require a separate scope.
