FAQ
What information do you need before starting?
Please share your website URL, describe the issue, and provide a screenshot if possible. I'll confirm the scope before starting.
Can you fix any WordPress or Elementor issue?
I can help with issues within the agreed service scope. Complex server errors, malware, custom-code problems, and major plugin conflicts require assessment first.
Will you redesign my entire website?
This gig is for specific fixes and small improvements, not a complete redesign. Larger projects can be discussed separately.
Will my website work on mobile after the fix?
If mobile responsiveness is included in the agreed scope, I'll check the affected area on relevant screen sizes before delivery. I cannot guarantee perfect performance across every device or browser.
Do you need my WordPress login details?
Work may require appropriate website access. Please use a secure, limited-access method where possible, and never send payment details or unrelated sensitive credentials.
