What do you need from me to get started?
Your FAQ/support content (a doc, your website, or a Q&A list), your own AI API key (OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude), and — for WhatsApp — a Twilio account. I'll guide you through every step.
Are there any monthly costs?
Yes. The AI API and Twilio (WhatsApp) charge based on usage, and you pay those directly. My gig is a one-time build — you fully own the bot and its source code.
Will the bot answer things it shouldn't (off-topic questions or jailbreak attempts)?
It's configured to stay strictly within your business topics and politely decline anything else. I run security tests, including jailbreak attempts, before delivery.
an it make a mistake or give a wrong answer?
It answers from YOUR content (RAG) to stay accurate, and when it's unsure it says so and hands off to a human instead of guessing. No AI is 100% perfect, but it's built to escalate rather than invent.
How does lead capture & human handoff work?
When the bot can't help or the user asks for a person, it collects their name, contact and question and sends it to you — by email, Google Sheets, or a webhook to your CRM (Zapier/Make supported). It's a notification handoff, not a live human-takeover chat.
Can you connect it to my specific CRM?
Lead delivery via email, Google Sheets, or a webhook/Zapier covers most CRMs. Deep custom integrations to a specific platform can be quoted separately.
Which platforms do you support?
Website (embeddable widget for any site) and WhatsApp. Telegram, Discord, Slack and others can be added on request.
Do I get the source code?
Yes — full source code is included in all packages. You own it completely.
