Do I need technical skills or coding experience to benefit from this?
No. Claude Cowork is built for non-technical users. If you can use Google Docs or Notion, you can use Cowork. I explain everything in plain language with no jargon.
What do I need before the session?
A Claude Pro or Team account, a stable internet connection, and a real task or workflow from your business you want to work through. I will send a short prep checklist after you order.
How is the session delivered?
Sessions run over Google Meet or Zoom with screen sharing. You follow along on your own machine so you leave with a working setup, not just notes.
Will this work for my specific business or industry?

What is the difference between Claude Cowork and Claude Code?
