What format will I receive the file in?
You'll receive a fully working .xlsx file, compatible with Excel 2016 and newer, including Microsoft 365. If you need a specific format or structure, let me know upfront.
Can you work with data I already have?
Yes. If you share your existing spreadsheet or data structure, I'll build the tool around it rather than starting from scratch.
Do you offer revisions if something doesn't work as expected?
Yes — each package includes a defined number of revisions. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed scope. If you need something beyond the original brief, we can discuss an extension.
Can you explain how the tool works after delivery?
Absolutely. Standard and Premium packages include a short call where I walk you through the file. For Basic orders, I include written instructions inside the file itself.
