Do I have to send you my product(s)?
Yes, you will have to send all products to my studio in the UK. Before you make an order, please ensure this is possible.
Will you send my product(s) back?
Generally we do not return products that have been delivered. However this can be arranged if your product is of value and you need it back. Please contact me and this can be arranged. However postage costs will be covered by yourself.
Where do I send my product(s) too?
Before ordering please message me. I will send you a brief questionnaire to better understand your needs/wants for the project. Once everything is confirmed, I will then send out delivery information for the product to be sent too.
How long does production take?
Production time stated on the packages, start when the product(s) are received. If delivery is delayed, then so will the production time. It is recommended to send out your products first. Then I will notify you once they have been received. You should then purchase the appropriate package.
Are models available to showcase the product(s)?
Yes - Male and Female models are available. However only within the Ultimate Package. Models can add a lot of value to product videos.
