Do you need access to my site?
For most fixes, yes. Usually FTP/SFTP or your hosting panel, plus database access if the problem involves it. I'll tell you exactly what's needed before we start, and I recommend changing your passwords after delivery. That's just good practice.
What if my problem turns out to be bigger than expected?
I'll tell you before doing any work and send a fair custom offer. No surprise charges.
Do you work with WordPress?
