FAQ
What are Commercial Rights? Do I need them?
When you purchase a gig, you're granted perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Voice Over - except for commercials, radio, television and internet commercial spots. Any of these require commercial rights.
How about Broadcast Rights?
By purchasing Broadcast Rights, you're granted a license for full broadcasting, including internet, radio, and TV “paid channels” - including television commercials, radio commercials, internet radio, and music/video streaming platforms
Do you use AI?
All of my recordings are performed by myself - I never use AI. If you need proof of performance, I'll gladly send a video of me performing your voice over.
What's your revision policy?
I am responsible for the work I perform - if you or your clients aren't happy my work, I can and will revise. But if, for example, your client changed their mind about the script - that is work I can't reasonably be responsible for, and is not covered under my revision policy.
I'm not satisfied with your work - can I get a refund?
Yes! I'm not happy unless you're happy. If you've requested a FREE revision and still aren't happy with the results, simply request a cancellation for a full refund.
Can I get a free sample?
I'll be more than happy to record a brief sample of your script at no charge.
Can you do different accents?
I can, yes! But please message me before ordering so I can provide you a free sample.
Can I include direction in my script without it counting towards my word count?
Yes! And please do! This helps me perform a voice over that exactly meets your requirements.
What microphone do you use?
I use a Rode NT1 microphone and Reaper for recording in an acoustically treated room
It says you're in Croatia - how can you possibly deliver an American voice over?
I grew up on the US-Canadian border and have a very neutral North American accent - I just live in Croatia.
