I workout a lot and am very knowledge in the field. I can offer workouts that target certain body parts. I can also write up a meal plan if necessary. I believe firmly in eating a lot of protein if you are trying to bulk up. If you are trying to slim down I can supplement that also. I also am very knowledge in lifting for certain sports. What to do and what not to do for example. Dynamic Warmups and ab workouts are two things I really pride myself in.
