Do I need to send you the product?
Yes. I'll need you to ship the product to me before filming begins. Once I confirm we're a good fit, I'll send over my address. Most brands find this straightforward and I'll let you know as soon as it arrives.
Can I use the videos as paid ads?
Absolutely. All content is delivered ad-ready for Meta, TikTok Ads, and YouTube. If you need specific dimensions or aspect ratios for your campaign, just let me know before I start. All packages start with individually specified months ad usage included
Do you write the script or do I provide one?
Either works. I can write a natural-feeling script based on your brief, or I can work from one you provide. Most brands give me key talking points and let me deliver it in my own words — that tends to perform better as it sounds genuine rather than rehearsed.
What if I don't like the video?
Every package includes 2 revision rounds as standard. A revision means amending the existing edit based on your feedback, it does not include refilming. Additional revision rounds can be purchased as an add-on before the order is marked complete. Send a thorough brief upfront and flag all required
How should I send my brief?
Message me before ordering with your product details, target audience, key messages, and any examples of content you like. The more context you give me, the better the output.
Do you offer raw footage?
Yes — raw footage is included in the Standard and Premium packages, and available as an add-on on the Basic package. Useful if you have an in-house editor who wants to cut their own version.
