TOEFL underwent some major changes in 2026. I have been teaching the new materials to students in China, and am very well versed in the new requirements for TOEFL speaking and listening. Through these sessions, you can practice listening and/or speaking exercises to help improve your score.


There are some who promote the idea that the new TOEFL is "easy", especially the speaking part. This is simply not true. The new test presents TOEFL learners with new requirements not previously tested, and so it can be very challenging for test takers preparing for the old test to switch over to the new one.
