About this Gig

I am offering to work closely alongside leaders and managers as they navigate through their roles. In my experience, 90% of a leader's and manager's role is dealing with people, but people are complex. Most team members need to hear the right thing or be supported in the right way by their leaders to flourish. I want to listen and support these leaders to draw the best out of themselves for the benefit of their work and those they lead/manage.
