What I build:
- Triage enquiries or support messages by category and priority, with draft replies for you to approve
- Pull structured data out of text, CSV exports or pasted emails into Excel or CSV
- Summarise and route messages, with alerts for urgent ones
You get plain Python code you own (no platform fee), a README, and a sample output file. AI output is returned as validated, structured data, and uncertain cases are flagged for a human. An "AI step" is one model task, such as classifying, extracting or drafting. These are fixed, reviewed pipelines, not autonomous agents.
Your key, your usage: AI usage is billed by the provider to your own account. You supply your own API key. I never use or store yours, and you never use mine.

FAQ
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, directly through your own API account with the provider you choose. I never use your key or ask you to send it. A small workflow like the demo, 12 enquiries, used about 13,000 tokens, which is cents on a paid plan, and I'll give you an estimate before we start.
Is my data safe?
The text you process is sent to the AI provider you choose, under that provider's terms. Free API tiers may use your data to improve their products, so for confidential data use a paid-tier key. I can work from anonymised samples, and you should never send me your API key in a message.
Do I need n8n, Make or Zapier?
No. I deliver plain Python that you own, so you aren't tied to a platform subscription. If you already use one of those, message me first and I'll tell you what's realistic.
