Who owns the app and the data?
You do. I build everything inside your own hosting and database accounts from the start. At handoff, I reset all security keys and remove my access, so you have full control.
Are there ongoing costs after delivery?
The app runs on hosting and database services billed directly to your accounts. For most small and mid-size portfolios, usage stays within free or low-cost tiers. I'll walk you through what to expect before we start.
Can my staff and contractors use it on their phones?
Yes. The app works in any phone browser, so staff can log jobs and upload photos from the property without installing anything.
Can you connect it to my current property management software?
It depends on whether your software allows outside connections. Send me the name before ordering and I'll tell you what's possible. Integrations are quoted separately
What if I need features that aren't in a package?
