Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me with the number of months, transactions, financial accounts, and business entities involved. I will confirm the appropriate package or prepare a custom offer.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Basic is delivered in 1 day for $25 extra, Standard in 3 days for $50 extra, and Premium in 5 days for $100 extra. Rush requires complete QuickBooks access and all records when the order begins.
When is rush delivery unavailable?
Standard rush pricing does not apply to additional entities, missing records, more than one extra block of 50 transactions, payroll corrections, inventory reconstruction, or complex e-commerce cleanup. These require a custom offer.
What counts as a transaction?
Each bank, credit-card, payment-processor, or QuickBooks entry requiring review, categorization, matching, correction, or reconciliation counts toward the package limit.
What happens if I have additional transactions?
You may add 50 transactions for $25 and one additional delivery day. Larger volumes or unusually disorganized records may require a custom offer.
Does my package cover multiple businesses?
No. Each package covers one business entity and one QuickBooks company. Separate businesses, subsidiaries, or QuickBooks files require separate orders or a custom offer.
What access and documents do you need?
Please provide secure QuickBooks user or accountant access, bank and credit-card statements, and requested supporting records. Never send QuickBooks passwords, bank passwords, or full banking credentials.
What consultation sessions are included?
Basic uses Fiverr messaging. Standard includes one 30-minute kickoff consultation. Premium includes one 30-minute kickoff and one 30-minute closing review.
What does a revision include?
A revision corrects work within the original order using records supplied at the start. New documents, added transactions, additional months, or changed instructions may require an extra or custom offer.
What services are not included?
Tax returns, audits, attest services, payroll corrections, inventory reconstruction, and complex e-commerce catch-up are not included in standard packages. Contact me to determine whether a custom service is appropriate.
