2.What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog etc.
3.If I buy a logo from you do you provide full rights for the design?
Once order gets completed successfully you will have full rights of the design as per fiverr TOS we don't hold any right over design as seller.
4 .What is vector or source file? is there any difference?
Vector file formats are for editing purpose, You can edit it in respective software (ex-Ai & EPS- Adobe Illustrator). It is a high resolution source file which can be scaled up to any dimension. We share Ai,EPS,PDF file format for logo design & PSD file for banner, social and stationary designs.
5.What is included in gig extra for Social media and Stationary Package?
We have 2 amazing package that is Social Media Package & Stationary Package. In Social Media package you will get unique 1 Banner for each-Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & Google+. whereas in Stationary Package you will get 1 design of Business card, Leaflet, Envelope & Letterhead.
6.When will I get my source files?
You will get your source file once you finalize one design from the variety of options we have shared.
7.What if I don't like designs in the first draft?
If you don't like the designs in first draft, you always have the option to request modification and if you don't like the design at all, you can request a REDO for sure!
