About this gig
I have 12 years of screen printing experience and 8 years of experience in color separation. All separations are done in Adobe Photoshop and print files can be provided in multiple formats. Every job is done MANUALLY and fine-tuned for the best look.
I will also answer questions about how to best print the jobs. I'll make suggestions, if needed, based on the requirements you provide. Customer experience is extremely important to me.
Important Note: Please try to provide the highest quality images you can. The final output can only be as good as the image provided. 300dpi or more at print size is typically recommended but not always required.
Please let me know if you need something I haven't listed as it relates to color separations or screen printing in general. I will be happy to assist in any way I can.

What colors work best for my separation
I provide separations with a set color palette. This way you will be able to use the same colors EVERYTIME. Cutting cost on mixing and waste for unused ink.
Why use manually created separations instead of a program?
Automated separations are great when they are great. Other times you're going to spend time tweaking anyway. With manual separations each color can be tweaked and fine tuned to best fit the job.
What mesh count should I use?
The amount of detail in the design will greatly impact your screen mesh decision. I usually suggest a mesh count of 230 or higher. Although I have done PLENTY of great looking shirts with only a 200mesh.
