No, my packages include the complete, jurisdiction-ready CAD layouts and electrical schematics. If your local building department or AHJ requires a certified local PE structural or electrical stamp, that must be obtained through a third-party engineer licensed in your specific state or province.
What happens if the city building department rejects the plan or asks for revisions?
City corrections (redlines) are completely normal in solar permitting. I provide support for jurisdiction corrections. If the building department requests modifications based on the original project scope, I will update the drawings until they are approved.
Which electrical codes do you follow for the design packages?
