FAQ
What do you need to get started the project?
To get started, I need your content (logo, images, text). If you have an existing site, I’ll need WordPress or hosting access. If content isn’t ready, I’ll build a demo with dummy content and replace it later. In short: content, reference, and hosting access are enough.
Can we change content later?
Yes, absolutely. You can easily update or change your website content anytime. I will provide step-by-step video instructions or a live Zoom session, so you can manage your website without any coding knowledge.
Will I have full access after delivery?
Yes, 100%. You will receive full access and complete ownership of your website after delivery. You can change all passwords, emails, and credentials to ensure maximum security and control.
Do I need to provide content for the website?
If you already have content, that’s great — it helps speed up the development process. If not, I will use high-quality copyright-free images and placeholder content during development, which can be replaced later with your actual content.
Are there any additional costs (domain, hosting, plugins)?
Yes, domain, hosting, and premium plugins are not included in the gig price. You will need to purchase these from your side. However, I will guide you in choosing the best plan and help you set everything up for free.
Do you provide support after project delivery?
Yes, I provide 45 days of free support after delivery for any issues related to the completed project. For additional features or new work beyond the original scope, a small extra charge may apply depending on the complexity.
How many revisions are offered?
I offer unlimited revisions during the project to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final result. Client satisfaction is always my top priority.
