Yes, completed work will be sent via shared Figma link, expoerted PDF etc
Can a developer access design assets?
Yes, via the shared Figma link, a developer has access to design assets for export, to CSS and so on.
Which software do you use to design?
I work primarily in Figma as it's such a powerful tool which also allows prototyping, link sharing and has a great comment/feedback mechanism.
