Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes — it stays in your name so you own everything. Plans start around $97/month, billed by GHL directly, plus a few dollars for Twilio and Mailgun usage. My fee covers the work only. No account yet? I'll send setup steps.
My setup is broken but I don't know why. Which package?
Basic. I audit the account, find what's actually wrong, fix up to 3 workflows and send a Loom explaining it. If the problem is bigger than that, I tell you before doing the work, not after.
What counts as a revision?
Adjusting what I built — timing, wording, logic, conditions. New workflows or features are a separate order. I'll always say which side of the line something falls on before starting.
What's A2P 10DLC and do I need it?
Sending SMS to US numbers requires carrier registration first, or messages get silently blocked. Needs your EIN, takes 1-3 weeks, and nobody can speed it up. Available as an add-on. Not needed outside the US.
I already have a snapshot. Can you customise it?
Yes, and it's often faster. Send what you have and I'll tell you what's worth keeping and what needs rebuilding.
Can you move my data from HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive?
Yes — contacts, pipelines and custom fields. That's the migration add-on. Some platform-specific features have no GHL equivalent; I flag anything that can't carry over before we start.
How do I know the automations actually work?
I run real test leads through every workflow before delivery and record a Loom showing each one firing. Nothing gets handed over untested.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Ongoing maintenance is available as a retainer.
Can you connect GHL to tools it doesn't natively support?
Usually yes. I use n8n to bridge GHL to almost anything with an API. Message me the tool and I'll confirm before you order.
I'm not sure which package I need.
