Yes, remote access via your VPN/RDP. Please create a temporary admin account for me and disable it after the job is done.
Will there be downtime?
Each VM is offline only during its final cutover - usually minutes to an hour depending on size. We schedule it in your maintenance window.
What if something goes wrong?
Your original VMs stay untouched on VMware until you confirm everything works, so rollback is always possible.
Proxmox or Hyper-V - which should I choose?
Proxmox is free and great for Linux-heavy or budget setups. Hyper-V fits Windows-heavy environments that already have Windows Server licensing. I'll recommend the best option for your setup.
