I will fix your rejected music release and get it ready to resubmit

About this gig
Distributor rejected your release and your release date is getting closer? Don't resubmit blindly. Another rejection can cost you days.
Most rejections come from a few causes: metadata that doesn't match the artwork, artist names entered inconsistently, low-quality or non-compliant artwork, duplicate ISRC or duplicate live release errors, and unclear rights.
WHAT YOU GET
- Diagnosis: the likely cause, based on your rejection message and release details
- Fix list: exactly what to change, in order
- Corrected metadata sheet: titles, artists, roles, credits, ISRC/UPC
- Artwork checklist: size, text match, banned elements
- Resubmission checklist so you don't get rejected twice
- rejected release fix
- distributor errors fix
- music distribution fix
HOW IT WORKS
Send the rejection message, your distributor and your release details. I review them and reply with the plan. You make the changes and resubmit in your own account. I never need passwords.
IMPORTANT
Your distributor decides approval, so I can't guarantee it. If the cause is rights-related (samples, third-party beats), changing metadata won't solve it. I'll tell you honestly.
Message me your distributor and the rejection notice.

FAQ
Can you guarantee my release gets approved?
No. Your distributor decides. I identify the likely cause and prepare the fix so your next submission is cleaner. If it’s a rights issue, metadata changes won’t solve it and I’ll tell you.
How fast will I get my answer?
Basic and Standard are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your rejection message and release details. Message me first if your release date is close so I can prioritize.
What do I need to send?
Your distributor, a screenshot or copy of the rejection message, your release metadata (titles, artists, credits, ISRC/UPC) and your artwork file. Never send passwords.
Do you fix the artwork or audio?
No. I tell you exactly what to change, such as size or text that doesn’t match your metadata. I don’t redesign artwork, edit audio, or master.
I got a duplicate release or ISRC error. Can you help?
Yes. I check whether the audio or ISRC is already live or registered, and whether you’re re-uploading or moving a track. I’ll explain what to change. Never reuse an active ISRC for a different recording.
Is this for moving distributors?
It can be. Duplicate errors are common when moving tracks without the original ISRC. For a full catalog move, see my other migration Gigs.
Do you submit it for me?
You make the changes and resubmit in your own account. I prepare the fix list and checklists. I never need your passwords.
