Will my site lose data when you fix it?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything — database + files. If anything goes wrong I can restore in minutes. I've never lost client data in 16 years and I'm not starting now.
Can you fix WooCommerce checkout, cart, or payment errors?
Yes — WooCommerce is one of my main specializations. I fix checkout failures, payment gateway issues (Stripe, PayPal), tax/shipping calculation bugs, cart errors, order email problems, and post-update breakages.
Do you fix Elementor and Elementor Pro issues?
Yes. Layout breaking after updates, widgets not rendering, builder freezing, custom CSS conflicts, performance issues caused by Elementor — all standard work for me.
What if the issue is more complex than expected?
diagnose first and tell you upfront. If the scope grows, I send a custom offer before doing extra work — no surprises. If I genuinely can't fix it (rare), I refund — but in 16 years of WordPress work it almost never happens.
How fast can you start? Is same-day fix possible?

What information do you need to start?
WordPress admin access (or temporary login), description of the error or the URL where it shows, and FTP/cPanel access if the site won't load. I'll guide you through sharing credentials securely.
Do you also fix hacked sites and malware?
Yes. Malware removal, suspicious script cleanup, file integrity check, hardening (login limit, 2FA, file permissions, security plugin setup). For severe infections I provide a custom offer because scope varies.
Can you maintain my site monthly after the fix?
Yes — I offer monthly maintenance via custom offer (updates, backups, security checks, small fixes). Many clients keep me on retainer after the first fix. Ask me in chat.
