Mechanical estimates include types of Ducts (Spiral, Rectangular, Oval, Flexible), Fittings (Bends, tees, transition, turning vanes, collar connection, dampers) & Fixtures ( supply register, return grille, RTU, ACU, exhaust fan, smoke detector, heat detector, CU, hoods) in the takeoffs.
