About this Gig
I will tidy your editable DOCX using your supplied text and design reference.
Included: consistent titles, headings and single-level lists; fonts, spacing and margins; basic headers, footers and page numbers; and up to two simple, unmerged tables.
The $20 package covers up to five ordinary pages in one Letter portrait section, two-day delivery and one formatting revision within the original brief. You receive an editable DOCX and a PDF preview. Ask before ordering other page sizes.
I use AI-assisted tools, check that your text and table values are preserved, inspect OOXML and visually review every page in LibreOffice. Desktop Microsoft Word may paginate differently; fonts are not embedded. Microsoft Word compatibility has not been tested.
Not included: OCR or scans, PDF reconstruction, equations, complex sections, tracked changes, macros, forms, multilevel numbering, or legal and sensitive-document editing. This is formatting only, with no rewriting or accessibility certification.

Will you rewrite my text?
No. You supply the final wording. I format it and check that the text and table values are preserved.
Which files can you work with?
Ordinary, editable DOCX files with one portrait section, simple headings and lists, and up to two unmerged tables. OCR, scans, PDF reconstruction, equations, complex sections, tracked changes, macros, forms and legal or sensitive documents are outside this package.
Will it look identical in Microsoft Word?
The DOCX is checked through OOXML inspection and page-by-page LibreOffice rendering. It has not been tested in desktop Microsoft Word. Fonts are not embedded, so Word versions and installed fonts may change line wrapping and pagination. The supplied PDF shows the reviewed layout.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. I use AI-assisted formatting tools and check the saved content, table values and every rendered page.
What does the revision include?
One round of formatting changes within the original brief is included. Send one consolidated list of changes. New text, additional pages, a new design direction or expanded scope require a separate agreement.
