Body doubling is having another person around when you need to do something you're having difficulty getting started or focusing on. Your double can be with you virtually.

About the gig:

Virtual Presence: I'll be there virtually, providing companionship and accountability to help you stay on track.

Task Management: I'll help you break down your tasks into manageable steps, keeping you organized and focused throughout the process.

Pomodoro Technique: We'll use the Pomodoro Technique to work in focused bursts, followed by short breaks.

Accountability check-Ins during the 60 minutes session: I'll check in as required to see how you're progressing and offer any support or guidance if needed.
