Where can you file?
We can file in Canada, US, EU and UK. This gig is for the EU or UK filings only.
When will my trademark register?
It takes about 3-5 months to register a trademark in the UK or the EU provided there are no office actions (objections from the Trademarks Office).
Can you help me further down the road?
You bet! We will report progress with Standard gig. We will respond to simple office actions for Premium gig. Complex office actions requiring an argument are extra.
What is a trademark class?
All products and services are broken down in classes. Most common classes: electronic publications or software-cl 9, printed publications and books-cl 16, clothing-cl 25, advertising or business services-cl 35, educational and entertainment services-cl 41, science and technological services-cl 42.
Who pays government fees?
The EU government fees include: • EUR 850 for the 1st class • EUR 50 for the 2nd class • EUR 150 for each subsequent class The UK government fees are GBP 170 for the first class and GBP 50 for each additional class. Government fees are your responsibility and are extra.

Yes, a phone consultation is available with the purchase of standard and premium package.

Yes, UK and EU trademarks are accepted into Amazon Brand Registry on amazon.com. Our firm works a lot with Amazon sellers so we know about the requirements.
