The filing fee is $225 per class to file an appeal with the TTAB and then $200 per class to file the appeal brief.
What is a TTAB appeal?
When the USPTO issues a final refusal of your trademark application, you have an opportunity to appeal that decision with a panel of 3 administrative judges who will review the case and render a decision. The TTBAB will affirm or reverse the USPTO decision.
