I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 2014. In that time, my clients have ranged from 14 years old to 75 years old. And honestly, no one worked as hard as my 75 year old. She did the work and continues to benefit from it. My remote personal training plan is a six week plan specifically for you based on your goals and access to equipment or a gym. Once you purchase the training, we have an initial phone or video consultation that takes about 30 minutes. We will discuss nutrition as well. I will come up with a training plan tailored for you. Progress checks are every 2 weeks.
