What format will my file be delivered in?
Files are usually delivered in MSword formats (.doc, .docx). If you prefer a different format, please feel free to let me know.
How many hours of recording can you transcribe and deliver in 24 hours?
Up to 300 minutes length of recording can be transcribed and delivered within 24 hours from contract commission. Just enter the number of minutes in the order box, hit the "select" button on the preferred package and submit your file.
Do you provide Subtitles and Closed Captioning services?
Yes, I offer files in .SRT and .txt formats for subtitles and closed captioning. Contact me for a custom offer.
What type of transcription do you provide?
I do Intelligent transcription by default. The result of this transcript is straightforward, and the final written product reads intelligently. If you prefer the verbatim-type (with the umm, ehm, urr in the final transcript), indicate when you place your order or contact me.
What is your speakers limit ?
Upto 3 speakers I can do easily. if in the audio/video has more speaker . extra charges will be apply.
My file is large, how do I send that to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Googledrive, Onedrive, Wetransfer, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or the order page that you created. If unsure of how to go about that, contact me for a simple guide.
