What is your process for short term or long term projects?
We may start with a 15 minute discovery call to see if we are a perfect fit. Then, we jumpstart the project with a kickoff call. There, we identify the goals, priorities, timeline, strategy, budget, and scope of the project. We then proceed with the implementation until the project is finished.
