I will test your japanese saas or ai chatbot UX
About this Gig
Need a native Japanese perspective on your SaaS, online ordering site, or AI chatbot?
I review a buyer-provided staging or demo environment for Japanese naturalness, mistranslations, ambiguity, terminology, chatbot accuracy, missing answers, human handoff, and the clarity of product, quantity, price, delivery date, and order flows. I also check confusing steps and business exceptions.
You receive a findings table with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, severity, user impact, and improvement suggestions, plus a short report.
My experience includes ordering, purchasing, inventory, sales reporting, requirements definition, project management, and process improvement. I created and introduced an internal ordering and sales management system and automated monthly sales reporting.
The standard report is in Japanese. A short English summary can be added with translation assistance; professional English translation is not included.
Manual UX and conversational-flow review only. No code changes, security testing, production operations, payment actions, or real personal data. Please provide staging/demo environment and test data.
