Do you provide the API key or Hermes Ultra?
No. You bring the model key (or use Ollama). I wire and verify. I don’t buy Ultra or API credits.
Mac only?
Mac or Linux VPS with SSH. Windows = WSL2 only — ask before ordering.
Is this ChatGPT or Claude desktop?
No. Hermes is a tool-calling agent CLI (Nous Research). Same job (agent on your machine), different product.
Can you use local Ollama (free models)?
Yes on Basic if Ollama is installed or you allow install.
What’s included in Basic?
Install on one machine, wire one model provider (your key), one smoke-test reply, short handoff (start command + config path). No custom tools, bots, or multi-machine.
What do you need from me?
Access (screen share or SSH), your API key, and OS note (macOS version or Ubuntu/Debian).
Refunds?
If I can’t get a smoke-test reply on a working machine with a valid key, you get a refund or free rework.
Multi-machine or database?
Extra machine = gig extra (+$40). Database is not included — request a custom offer.
How long does it take?
