I will be your wellness coach for realistic lasting habits

About this gig
Let's be honest: you already know most of what to do. Drink more water, move more, sleep better. Knowing was never the problem. Doing it, week after week, when life gets busy that's the part that falls apart on your own.
That's what I'm actually here for. Not another plan you'll abandon. Someone in your corner who checks in, notices when you drift, and helps you get back without the guilt.
WHAT YOU GET:
- A live video call (Zoom or Google Meet) at a time that suits you
- A realistic plan built around your actual life or one clear focus to start
- Real accountability: check-ins, honest nudges, and support between sessions
- No pressure, no judgment, no all-or-nothing
THE PACKAGES:
- One Clear Step a45 min call; leave with one specific change to focus on.
- A Plan That Fits a 45-min call + a written plan (PDF) you keep.
- Four Weeks Together 4 weekly calls + your plan + accountability between them. This is where it sticks.
I won't promise you a transformation. I'll show up, keep you honest, and help you build something that lasts.
After you order, I'll send a couple of quick questions and a link to book your call .

FAQ
I've tried everything and nothing sticks. Will this be different?
That's exactly who I work with best. If habits keep breaking down, they were too big for your current life — not a willpower problem. We build smaller, better-fitted ones, and I keep you accountable so they actually hold.
Is this a diet or workout program?
No. It's coaching, not a rigid program. We shape habits around how you actually live, at a realistic pace. Nothing extreme, nothing you'll dread.
How do the calls work?
We meet over video call (Zoom or Google Meet) at a time that works for you. Come as you are, no prep needed. You'll leave each call with clear, doable next steps.
What if I fall behind between sessions?
That's normal, and it's the point of the check-ins. I won't judge you for it. We just look at what got in the way and adjust. Falling off isn't failing.
