What do you need to start the project?

Does this gig include renders or visualization?
No. This service is for Revit BIM modeling only. Rendering is not included.
Which file formats do you deliver?
Revit (.RVT). IFC or DWG can be provided upon request.
What level of accuracy does the BIM model have?
The model is developed based on the provided information and point cloud data when available. It represents geometric accuracy appropriate for the selected LOD. Millimetric precision is not included for LOD 200.
What is NOT included in this service?
This service does not include structural design, construction detailing, executive documentation, cost estimation, quantities take-offs, or clash detection unless explicitly agreed.
Can you use my project images for promotion?
No. All project information is handled confidentially. Images or materials will not be shared publicly without prior written approval from the client.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times depend on project size and complexity. The estimated timeline shown applies to small and medium projects, starting once all required information is received.
What happens if the project scope changes?
