Yes, I am certified ProAdvisor of QuickBooks Online.
Are you familiar with Accounting Standards like GAAP?
Yes, I always work in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Usually what information is required to perform a bookkeeping job?
I need accounting firm access of QBO account, bank, credit card & Loan statements along with all sales and purchase data in right format. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business.
How do you categorize expenses and Income without knowing my workflow and business?
I use bank/credit card statements description for analyzing the nature of the transaction. But I don’t rely wholly solely on description and QuickBooks artificial intelligence. If need I will ask you about transactions purpose by preparing an excel queries sheet.
How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online?
Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite".
Are you available for monthly and long term basis or long term?
Of course, I am available for monthly and long term bookkeeping as per your need.
What if you don't know the work?
I don’t get an order before knowing the nature of work and looking into the client’s book. If I can’t do the work. I straight away say sorry without wasting the client’s time.

My time zone is US Central Standard Time.
How long have you been an accountant?
I have been an accountant for over 8 years. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Science of Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
