Will my site go down while you work?
No. I back up first and work carefully on the live site, only taking it offline if the infection requires it.
What if my site gets reinfected?
If reinfection happens within 14 days from the same entry point, I fix it free. Reinfection from an insecure host, a nulled theme, or an outdated plugin you reinstall is outside that.
Do you guarantee Google will remove the warning?
I submit the reconsideration request and Google usually clears it within 72 hours, but the final timing is theirs, not mine.
What if my site can't be recovered?
If there's no backup and files are destroyed rather than infected, recovery may be partial. I'll tell you before you order — I never take payment for something I can't deliver.
