What kind of PDF do you need?
Digital PDFs (where the text can be selected) work perfectly. If your invoices are scanned images or photos, choose the OCR extra — that version reads text from images too.
What if my invoices all look different?
Absolutely no problem. The tool is built to handle different layouts, labels and languages. If some field is unusual, it gets flagged instead of guessed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Files are processed locally and deleted after delivery. Nothing is uploaded to third parties.
Can you extract extra fields (VAT number, due date, IBAN…)?
Yes — add the "custom fields" extra and tell me what you need.
What do I get exactly with the Premium package?
You get the full program to install on your own computer made by me, a short setup guide, and all the support you need to start. You keep it forever and process unlimited invoices yourself.
What if it doesn't work on my invoices?
