I was drawn to this journey in 2011 when NoFap was new and not popular. But the teachings and techniques were practiced by monks in my country (India) since ancient times. So I could easily relate to the ways and the practice seemed familiar.

But I always failed to maintain my practice. It's only when I mixed modern and ancient yogic techniques, I started to succeed. I mixed techniques of Himalayan monks and Rishis for overcoming urges and patterns that lead to urges and finally a relapse. If you're someone who is struggling to overcome PMO addiction, I will help you.

If you're doing retention for both material and spiritual purposes, the journey is not going to be easy. Every kind of obstacle will try to pull you down and deviate you from your path. You have to be strong when nature tests you and I will help you overcome these obstacles.

The energy that flows through you will be completely different once you apply the techniques that I teach you.
