Can you install Ghost on my shared hosting?
No. Ghost can't be installed on shared hosting. You have to have/purchase a VPS with Ubuntu 16.04/18.04/20.04 and a minimum of 1GB+ RAM.
Can you install it on my AWS/Google Cloud (GCP)/DigitalOcean Droplet?

Do I have to additionally pay for the SSL certificate?
