Main tasks:

• Insurance Domain
• Identify process optimisation opportunities
• Establish benefit & prioritisation framework aligned to stakeholder requirement
• For the identified initiatives drive process optimisation using a recognised process improvement methodology 
• Where required, produce the right collateral i.e. as-is & to-be process map, RACI, Charter etc
• For the processes optimised ensure right controls are in place to ensure sustainability
• Ensure right handoffs are in place between OE team and Change & IT
• Manage stakeholders across the duration of initiatives
• Contribute towards uplifting internal OE practices by introducing or updating required frameworks, templates etc.
