How can I view the website whilst it's being built?
We will provide you with access to a "staging" server where the website is placed until it is ready to go live under your own domain name.
What do you need from me in order to start work?
We would need the copy for the products and pages of your website in a Word Document. We would need all the images you wish to use on the website in high-resolution jpeg. We would need your cPanel Hosting Access details to setup the website.
Can you provide copywriting services for my website?
Yes we can. We have an in-house native English speaker who has been copywriting for over 20 years.
Can you source relevant images for my website?
Yes we can. We usually use a stock image site, such as shutterstock, and charge a separate fee for sourcing on top of the royalty fee we are charged form the stock image bank.
Who owns the code to the website after it's completed?
Simple, you own everything. The website is built using a common open-source platform and you will be given access to everything as part of the handover when the work is completed and you are fully satisfied. This is usually after a 30-day "bug-fixing" period we give our customers.
